                Pineapple with King Prawns and Marie Rose Sauce

      Chilled Galia Melon, Mango with Couli and Champagne Sorbet

  Chicken Liver, Whisky and Black Pepper Pate with Red Onion Marmalade

   Roasted Crown of Norfolk Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Bacon Roll,    
    Chipolata Sausage and Homemade Cranberry Sauce

                        Tender Rump Steak- All Medium Cooked                        with a Diane Sauce (Mustard, Mushroom and Onion Cream Sauce)

Fillet of Salmon Wrapped in Spinach and Puff Pastry served with a  Tarragon Sauce

Ratatouille Pancake topped with Cheese Sauce and served with New Potatoes

Roast Pork Chop with Mashed Potatoes and topped with Blue Cheese Sauce

All the above dishes are served with a selection of potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables
