The World of Wine can be complex to the uninitiated tongues (your taste buds were put there, I believe, to taste wine of character !) In our planning of a new list for the Angel, I wanted to choose a well balanced selection of wines. In my view, the result is the best wine list to date. If you require any guidance, please ask a member of my staff who will help you in choosing a
wine that is right for you. Cheers !
